You don't need to be the most accomplished designer in the world to work here. Because everyone has to start somewhere and we like giving people opportunities for development, students and young designers are very welcome. You should be able to work with Photoshop, Illustrator and possibly Flash, although we rate enthusiasm, a general interest in design and the ability to work independently just as highly.

If you're fluent in Actionscript 3, we're probably interested in you. We always need smart coders to support us with both small and large projects. You should be capable, enthusiastic and willing to bring your own specific skills and ideas into the planning phase of each project.
